Courtney Trejo Counseling

Counseling for adults & mothers

Support for anxiety, ADHD, boundaries, relationships, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional side of motherhood.

Adult counseling

For the adults who hold it together for everyone else.

Maybe you're the dependable one, the overthinker, or the person who says yes when you really mean no. Therapy can be a place to untangle what's weighing on you and figure out what you need next.

What brings you here?

Anxiety & overthinking

When your mind won't turn off, you're second-guessing everything, or you're tired of feeling on edge.

ADHD & everyday overwhelm

Support with executive functioning, motivation, routines, emotional regulation, and the pressure to keep up.

Boundaries & self-worth

Learning to say no, recognize your own needs, and stop measuring your value by how much you do for others.

Relationships & patterns

Making sense of communication, attachment, conflict, and the patterns you want to change.

Burnout & life transitions

For the seasons when work, identity, expectations, or a major life change leave you wondering what's next.

Identity & confidence

Exploring who you are beyond your roles and building a more grounded relationship with yourself.

Real conversations. Practical support.

As a former educator, mom, and neurodivergent adult, I bring real-life perspective alongside clinical training. We can work together on patterns, coping strategies, and changes that feel meaningful to you—without expecting perfection.

Motherhood & perinatal mental health

You can love being a mom and still miss who you were before.

Motherhood can be beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely—sometimes all before lunch. I support mothers navigating pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, anxiety, burnout, identity changes, and the emotional side of prematurity and NICU parenting.

As a mom with personal NICU experience, I understand that the emotional side of this journey deserves space, too. I am pursuing Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
